Â Ha~ I've come a long way to ...Abashiri!
(Sapporo --> Kitami --> Bihoro --> Abashiri)

Kitami
Kitami is the home of Rocco Solare, which became famous for curling.
When I visited Kitami 8 years ago, I stopped by "Tamanegi Shokudo (Onion Shokudo)".
We stopped by again this time and had a chance to visit with them. Thank you for the delicious "Onion Curry"!

We were able to meet again for the first time in 8 years with Rev. Ishii of Bihoro Christ Church, who has been praying for us. I also met Sister Arai for the first time since we met at Ishinominato Church in Ishinomaki. Thank you very much for your prayers and encouragement!

Abashiri
Â Ha~ I've come all the way to Abashiri!
Well, Abashiri was cold!
I thought it would be too hot this time of year, so I didn't bring any long-sleeved clothes and went to Abashiri wearing only short sleeves.
As soon as I got out of the car, I felt a cold wind (outside temperature 5 degrees Celsius). Oh no! I felt in danger and realized how foolish I was!
I could almost hear a voice from the land of Abashiri saying, "Don't lick Abashiri!" I could almost hear a voice from the land of Abashiri saying, "Don't lick Abashiri!

At bedtime, I asked myself, "What do you mean it's cold under the covers? While I was struggling with the cold, it was 3:30 AM, and it was completely morning outside. Again, a voice said, "Don't lick Abashiri! Again, I heard a voice saying, "Don't lick Abashiri!
