Seeking salvation in the depths of suffering...

It has been a long time since I have posted here due to Wi-Fi environment problems. **

We visited Yamaguchi Prefecture for the entire month of July. Then I visited Hiroshima Prefecture from August 1-8. I think it is especially significant that I will be in Hiroshima on August 6.
The Lord placed me in Hiroshima at such a time, so I took advantage of the available time for dept. to visit the A-bomb Dome and the museum.

Once again, I witnessed the horror and sadness of war, as well as the pain and suffering, and the tragic scenes it caused.

Many victims of the atomic bombing were exposed to the terrible bomb.
And the nurses and doctors who cared for them.
Both of them, and all people, longed for "salvation".

Please help us. ！！！！！ Please help us..." And.

Did the Lord not listen to that plaintive cry?

No, that is absolutely impossible.

The Lord is the one who wants people to be saved more than anyone else.

The most unshakable love and witness of the Lord above all else is His cross.

We are all sinners without exception. The end of our lives is death.

But the cross of Jesus, the Son of God, took away our sins as sinners by dying in our place. Not only that, He rose from the dead three days later. By dying, He buried our sins, and by rising from the dead, He completely triumphed over death, giving us God's righteousness instead of sin, making us God's children and bringing us into a sincere salvation.

In the midst of the tremendous tragedy of the atomic bombing, the nurses and doctors who cared for the survivors of the bombing applied medicine and changed gauze. Their precious work is an unspeakable work of love. However, the only One who can truly heal and truly save is the one and only God, Jesus.

We, believers, know this One. How blessed we are!
We have a mission to share this blessing with those who are seeking salvation.

God wants everyone to be saved and come to a knowledge of the truth.
There is only one God. There is only one mediator between God and man, and that is Christ Jesus as man.
Christ gave Himself as the price of redemption for all men. This is the testimony that was made at the appointed time.
For that testimony, I was appointed a missionary, an apostle, and a teacher of faith and truth to the Gentiles. ."
